About First

FIRST is the first NFT live streaming platform. FIRST allows content creators, gamers, artists and all streamers to monetize their streams with a new standard based on NFTs.

Our streaming economy is based on low take rates combined with enthusiastic fandom and Web 3.0 principles. We recognize that crypto, and NFTs in particular, can accelerate the trend of artists monetizing directly with their fans. This is in stark contrast to conventional streaming services like YouTube or Twitch, which have high take rates for streamers and set limits to start monetizing streaming content.

Conventional video and live streaming services only offer creators the opportunity to make money through ads. Our innovative NFT streaming platform removes the heavy reliance on advertising to make money from streaming, and provides new blockchain-based ways to replace that earning model. This also enables earning models in every niche.

First also enables creators to monetize live streams through our novel innovations like the NFT Access Pass and the NFT Moments Marketplace. Fans can earn crypto by interacting with their favorite streaming content. This allows both creators and fans to earn money together while sharing unique moments.

NFTs and FIRST

NFTs are blockchain-based records that represent unique content. This content can be anything digital, including videos, games, music, art, and more. NFTs are backed by the same blockchain technology that has allowed Bitcoin to be bought and owned by millions of individuals.

Web 3 is the internet owned by its users and managed with crypto tokens. For this reason, the FIRST token is at the heart of the FIRST streaming platform. A token managed by its users and based on a DAO structure where users who own the FIRST token buy into and own a part of this FIRST digital economy. The FIRST token is also a means of payment on the platform and allows its holder to participate in governance functions by voting on new features and development of the platform.
